Adrian Maricuz Swavik and Kasia are going to be staying with us for September, and I'm so excited and happy about it. On May 27th, Angelina Jolie had her daughter. ^^ I'm really happy for them and for her. I know a lot of people out there (including my mummy dearest) don't like her...But Iunno, I think ever since adopting Maddox and Zahara (I think I spelled that right) I think she's really matured and grew up a bit. I like how she actually does something with her money and her time. She's honestly concerned with the happenings of the world and 3rd world nations, and honestly wants to change it all for the best. She doesn't have someone else take care of her children, she does it herself, she takes care of them herself. She brings them with her, she cares for them. So I'm really happy she's a mommy again. ^^; And yay for Brad Pitt, I'm happy for him too. I'm glad he finally has the family he wanted~ Yay! ::squeak::
Right. Now anyways. Ugh, this is such a horrible season for allergies. @@; I went to my cousin's baby shower (she's naming her daughter after my grandma...::happy tear::) and it was all outside and omgosh, my eyes were watering, my face was blotchy, my nose was stuffed...Ugh, it was absolutely horrible. When I got home, I took a hot shower and then just curled up in bed, and I'm now I'm still all sickly and it's just gross, man. ::whimpers and pouts:: I'm just like, laying in bed with a box of sudaffed next to me with my eyes all blurry. ::wrinkles nose:: I need to get my A.C. put in...Having the window open aint good. @@;
Omgosh, this is going to be such an exciting month (and by that I mean June will be such an exciting month. xD; May's almost over). I deff. wanna see X-Men 3: The Last Stand and The Omen before I go to camp. I REALLY hafta see The Omen before I go to camp, because staffers aren't allowed to watch rated R movies while up there. @@; Yeah. And that looks...really good. ::nod:: I'm a little freaked out about the day it's released (June (6) 6th, 2006...Yeah. 6.6.6.) but hey, NEXT year it's gonna be 7.7.7. so woo! xD;;; Yeah.
And also, June 7th is prom...So that's really kinda exciting. ::girlish giggle:: ^^; Like, it's something normal-ish that I'll get to do. But I'm not gonna make a bit deal outta it. oo; Heck, I might even bring a pair of jeans to throw on under my dress--which was only like, $18 and the shoes I got were only 99cents. xD Oh yeah. Woohoo!!! And Imma paint my own nails and everything. ::snort:: Dx Defy teh tradition/stereotypes!
And then, June 8th is a "graduation dinner" with Loretta, myself, Joey, my family (+great aunt and great uncle), his family (+his sister's boyfriend from what his mummy told me) and it's gonna be cool...::nod:: Yeah.
And then...June 13th, I'm off to Camp for the summer. So that's going to be fun and cool. Need to make some $$$ man. xD;;;

And omgosh, like, yay! I turned 18 on Wednesday. I'm legal. xD It was fun. We celebrated on Thursday with Loretta, went out to dinner at this awesome little Chinese buffet, and it was great. ^_^ It was a great birthday--and I also found out that I passed my math-placement exam, so I won't hafta take a remedial math course next semester, so that's really exciting. o_o; Now if I can just pass the GED...:crosses fingers:: Results are coming sometime in late June. ::nod nod:: So we'll see..

| Augh, this weekend is going to stink. ::headdesk:: Everything has changed. No one's going away for the weekend. And I all of a sudden hafta take the GED test. My mother came into my room this morning and woke me up by saying "I have great news--you're taking the GED this morning!" No warning, no studying, no nothing. Just BAM it's time for the GED today and tomorrow. Great. Fun. Yippe. Yahoo.
Anyways...xD; Last weekend Lynette and I went to the mall, to shop and get something for mother's day. And at the Abercrombie and Fitch store, they had live models, posing oddly and nearly naked, much like the soft-porn pictures they hang up around the store and plaster onto their shopping bags and flood their magazines with. Disgusting. Well, Lynette and I thought it'd be great if we got a picture of them--which meant it would be great if I got the picture of them. It was a terrafying, nerve-wracking experience, but I did it! I gosh-darn it snapped at that picture and ran like there was no tomorrow because I think the security guard was going to chase after me. xD;;;
But dang it, I think those dumb models saw me and smiled! I wanted to catch 'em off guard.
Ugh, how gross. xD;;;
And so in other news, I beat Kingdom Hearts II yet again. xD Woohoo! And I beat it on Proud Mode so I GOT TO SEE THE SECRET ENDING OMGOSH I DONT UNDERSTAND IT BUT IT LOOKS SO FREAKING AWESOME I CANT WAIT FOR KINGDOM HEARTS III!!! As Vicki described it..."it's like brain rape!" o_o It's so like...what?!?! It's like, "WHAT IS THAT?!?!?" Omgosh, it was awesome. xD
But yeah, I beat it, closing the game at 41 hours clocked in, at level 61 by time of completion, and completed Jiminy's Journals up to 91%. Next time I play, I'll totally complete the journals all the way. As well as fight Sephiroth. (I think I spelled that wrong...) Yes, I shall beat him one day. Just...no time soon. ..; He's scary.
So like, I ordered Withering to Death finally at long last. It should be here on my birthday actually xD (yay). But like, want to hear something so incredibly painfully depressing that it makes me cringe everytime I think about it? Dir en Grey has a shirt for sale on the Hot Topic website. D: Now, I will admit that Hot Topic can have some kick-butt stuff, but they tend to...wreck said kick-butt stuff. Like when they went through the anime phase, our Hot Topic at the mall had a bunch of shirts that said things like "I <3 Hentai" and they kinda just...butchered it.
Well, I went up to the sales person at Hot Topic last weekend to ask if they had the shirt in the store yet and this is the conversation that follows:
Me: Hey, do you have the Dir en Grey shirt in stock yet?
Her: Deer in Gray? What's that...?"
Me: .......It's a band...
Her: Oh, really...? Umm, well...if they aren't on the wall...
Me: ...Yeah, thanks. *leaves quickly*
...::tear:: The CD is also going to be sold in Hot Topic too. Now, that fills me with a certain saddness because I know there are going to be people who are going to buy it just because it's a new, unheard of band, just so they can brag about the new, unheard of band or get all "Liek!!!! They are SO SUPER hawt!!!1111" and not know anything about the music or nothing. Like just state now I am not against "noobs"/"newbies". We were all "newbies" at one point. So who am I to hate them? But there's a newbie who is honestly interested and intrigued and likes the music and a..............fan-girly newbie who doesn't know any song names, any lyrics, nothing, and just runs around screaming about how "hawt" they are, while not knowing their names. o_o; Yeah. That's what saddens and frightens me, and I fear that's what's going to happen now.
...There're prolly gonna be a lot of people who are going to try and attack me or kill me after reading this. I really swear I'm notagainstgenuineseriousnewbiesIpromisereally.
Augh, the GED looms over my head still. What a miserable weekend. TT; ::headdesk::
Today's GED schedual: 4:00 PM--8:30 PM (::headdesk and sob::)
Tomorrow's GED schedual: 8:00 AM--12:00 noon. (::headdesk and sob again::)
Meh, but if I pass then I don't hafta worry about it anymore and can drop my earth science and math course for next semester. o_o That'd be nice. I could take any class I want and not hafta worry about money 'cause we'd have financial aide and stuff. So...that's cool I guess.
