On May 27th, Angelina Jolie had her daughter. ^^ I'm really happy for them and for her. I know a lot of people out there (including my mummy dearest) don't like her...But Iunno, I think ever since adopting Maddox and Zahara (I think I spelled that right) I think she's really matured and grew up a bit. I like how she actually does something with her money and her time. She's honestly concerned with the happenings of the world and 3rd world nations, and honestly wants to change it all for the best. She doesn't have someone else take care of her children, she does it herself, she takes care of them herself. She brings them with her, she cares for them. So I'm really happy she's a mommy again. ^^; And yay for Brad Pitt, I'm happy for him too. I'm glad he finally has the family he wanted~ Yay! ::squeak::
Right. Now anyways. Ugh, this is such a horrible season for allergies. @@; I went to my cousin's baby shower (she's naming her daughter after my grandma...::happy tear::) and it was all outside and omgosh, my eyes were watering, my face was blotchy, my nose was stuffed...Ugh, it was absolutely horrible. When I got home, I took a hot shower and then just curled up in bed, and I'm now I'm still all sickly and it's just gross, man. ::whimpers and pouts:: I'm just like, laying in bed with a box of sudaffed next to me with my eyes all blurry. ::wrinkles nose:: I need to get my A.C. put in...Having the window open aint good. @@;
Omgosh, this is going to be such an exciting month (and by that I mean June will be such an exciting month. xD; May's almost over). I deff. wanna see X-Men 3: The Last Stand and The Omen before I go to camp. I REALLY hafta see The Omen before I go to camp, because staffers aren't allowed to watch rated R movies while up there. @@; Yeah. And that looks...really good. ::nod:: I'm a little freaked out about the day it's released (June (6) 6th, 2006...Yeah. 6.6.6.) but hey, NEXT year it's gonna be 7.7.7. so woo! xD;;; Yeah.
And also, June 7th is prom...So that's really kinda exciting. ::girlish giggle:: ^^; Like, it's something normal-ish that I'll get to do. But I'm not gonna make a bit deal outta it. oo; Heck, I might even bring a pair of jeans to throw on under my dress--which was only like, $18 and the shoes I got were only 99cents. xD Oh yeah. Woohoo!!! And Imma paint my own nails and everything. ::snort:: Dx Defy teh tradition/stereotypes!
And then, June 8th is a "graduation dinner" with Loretta, myself, Joey, my family (+great aunt and great uncle), his family (+his sister's boyfriend from what his mummy told me) and it's gonna be cool...::nod:: Yeah.
And then...June 13th, I'm off to Camp for the summer. So that's going to be fun and cool. Need to make some $$$ man. xD;;;

And omgosh, like, yay! I turned 18 on Wednesday. I'm legal. xD It was fun. We celebrated on Thursday with Loretta, went out to dinner at this awesome little Chinese buffet, and it was great. ^_^ It was a great birthday--and I also found out that I passed my math-placement exam, so I won't hafta take a remedial math course next semester, so that's really exciting. o_o; Now if I can just pass the GED...:crosses fingers:: Results are coming sometime in late June. ::nod nod:: So we'll see..

::squeaks:: I took that picture~! That's of the drive home from the baby shower. We crossed the bridge and the sun was so big and glowly and it was so nice. n_n
